Let’s count the legal and ethical infractions attached to a Facebook real estate page. Here’s a property in Michigan. It’s NOT a FSBO (for sale by owner). There is NO brokerage identification on either the Facebook Wall or the About page for this property.
There is a telephone number on the page. I Googled it.
You should not have to use Google to find a real estate agent’s telephone number.
How many infractions can you count?

Good Morning FFT =)
Wondering if you are asking about Facebook TOS violations, NAR violations, The barriers of good taste, or “D all of teh above!
I jest of course, but I blame this on N.A.R…. I have been training Agents for almost 10 years on Marketing, and more specifically, Online Marketing. The lack of sustainable learning on the part of the “Mother Ship” is “pathetic” to say the least! The Agents and Brokers are in desperate need of Internet related training, and NAR (and local and state as well), have hunkered down, cowering in a corner pretending nothing is wrong ever since they realized they were broke!
Truth is, if they don’t get a rein on spending, and continue to choose not to educate their base, they will cease to exist. The Agent of the future, meaning Millennials, will abandon the premise and the concept of a National union in a heartbeat! The “Union” mentality has no place in their thinking. It is all about “What Have You Done For Me Lately”
It’s obvious by your post that, someone needs to do something fast, because this is just one of Millions (and I do mean millions) of examples of Realtor(c) liability issues that are waiting to be pounced upon.
